StarLink Router (Gen2) - Capacitor Ident

Hi Guys,

Got a Gen2 StarLink router with no power.  Looks like this capacitor and a fuse have popped.  However, I can't see what rating (uf) the cap is because of where its burst.  Anyone able to identify this for me.
