How to block POE for complex starlink setup?

I have Starlink Gen 2 (rectangular dish) with a pretty complex setup planned.
I'm looking for advice, what could I put between "starlink router" <-> "cisco switch", that will suppress/block POE (48-56V) and pass-through Ethernet to VLAN.

I know, it's not standard POE (enforced).
Pin 1,2,3,6 - VDC
Pin 4,5,7,8 - return

I've found some products like:

But unsure if it will work.

I may do some basic soldering on the router or replace the HAT.
Please advise, I saw your blog posts regarding Starlink, I believe you are one of the top mod experts in the area.

Well, if you are going that far with cabling, why not simply replace the Starlink router with a better one that does not inject POE, the original router is not amazing, and you need to replace it to get incoming IPv6 anyways...  You obviously have an idea about using routers, so you should know the Starlink router is completely optional.
Just an idea.
I use an OpenWRT One, but you can use anything...
